Update didnt take TCPIPAddress.dll

My recent update to 1.6 did not take TCPIPAddress.dll, it could not overwright the file. I retried it several times but then ignored it. Is this an important file to be updated. I suspect that I have a malware that may be blocking it. If so, how do I go about getting rid of it?

The main Spybot-S&D window should be closed while updating. Normally, the updater should close it by itself for you. Was it still open at the moment of the error?

Yes, it was open.
Should I go back and re-update everything, or is it not important?
