Virus problems

OK to start with I am not computer friendly. I was hit with "Antivirus Pro 2009" and Norton killed alot of it. Some others that weren't immediately caught by Norton's were caught by Spybot but now they both see "Command Service" as a threat. It won't let them delete it cause they are some kind of memory problem. Spybot asked to be loaded on reboot and I OK'd that but again it didn't delete the file. Any ideas on what my next step should be?
