command service threat

Spybot and Norton killed Antivirus Pro 2009 but I keep scanning and getting Command service and cmdservice as threats but won't let me delete them. Any help would be awesome

btw, I did go to regedit and manually try to delete them. Even if I have full access it won't let me delete them. It gives me an error message.
