Pop-up Ad's for helpfixpc.com won't go away!

I keep getting pop-ups for helpfixpc.com saying I have a corrupt registry. I've ran spybot but to no avail. Here's my HJT:

Please download this tool (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012) from Microsoft.
Double click on MGADiag.exe to run it.
Click Continue.
The program will run. It takes a while to finish the diagnosis, please be patient.
Once done, click on Copy.
Open Notepad and paste the contents in. Save this file and post it in your next reply.
