Not sure what's going on here

I'm currently running Windows XP over bootcamp on a Macbook Pro. I've had a malware and trojan infection before but Mcafee claimed that it deleted all of them. I still get pop ups though and now automatic updates refuses to enable giving me the error 1058 message. I'm not sure if this is all connected somehow. I've posted a HijackThis log below.
