I do NOT show the program or directly anywhere on my system that I have found doing a routine scan of the C: drive.
How can I restore my sanity?

Is the Title of the message:
Spybot S&D Bad URL Blocker
Does the dialog have an "Allow" and a "Deny" button?

Can I assume that your problem has been resolved?
If so and if the problem was resolved because of the suggestion in ky331 (http://forums.spybot.info/member.php?u=24441)'s post (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=212518#post212518) that I referenced, then special thanks should also be extended to ky331 (http://forums.spybot.info/member.php?u=24441) for determining the underlying cause of the error message.

further to ky331's posts
yieldmanager.com
yieldmanager.com\ad
yieldmanager.com\www.ad
are indeed in the group of orphaned entries from previous version/s of Spybot prior to v1.6
Also note that the Mike Burgess DelDomains.inf clears out the HK_CURRENT_USER and HK_LOCAL_MACHINE entries. It does not clear out these entries in the various accounts under HK_USERS.
