Can someone please help me understand

I just ran a scan and two entries have me concerned but I do not want to delete them until I know for sure what they are. The ones in question are the registry keys

Thanks for the link it explained everything I needed to know. One other thing I would like to know is, when I open SpyBot it gives me 15 seconds to chose if I want my temp files deleted, is there a setting that will not run that when I open SpyBot???

Also note: Besides disabling the function you can set the threshold of the number of temporary files that are needed to be present on your system before the message is triggered as well as the time before the messages automatically defaults to cleaning those temporary files.
