Spybot detections

Hello, I'm completely illiterate when it comes to computers.

I have just run Spybot and it comes up with some things I'm not sure to delete.
Maybe someone can help a bit.

WinAntiVirusPro2006 (3 Trojans)
Cassava (3 Trojans)
Microsoft.Windows.AppFirewallBypass (2 SecurityC)
Winsoftware.WinAntiVirusPro2006 (14 Malware)

I've got a XP 2002 SP3


Just now my free AVG edition also detected a trojan horse named c:\systemvolumeinformation\_restore{.....}\.....exe

Last time I removed a trojan horse AVG detected (USER32.dll) I had to reinstall my computer.

I'm a little bit cautious at removing things now.
I hope this is enough info.

Download and install TrendMicro HijackThis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe)
* Once installed open HijackThis by clicking Start > Programs > HijackThis and click the button labeled
Do a system scan only

* Click the scan button in the lower left hand corner of the interface and HijackThis will quickly scan your system.
* Once the scan is complete the scan button will now read save log. Click this button to save the log file to your PC. Once you select where you would like to save the file it will open in your systems default text editor. Typically this application is Notepad. Post the log here.
