problems immunizing firefox

When I immunize using spybot 1.6.0.30 a number of items listed under firefox do not get protected:

there are 3 items listed under images with the number 9946 - 2 are protected and 1 isn't

there are 3 items listed under cookies with the number 193 - 2 are protected and 1 isn't

there are 3 items listed under installations with the number 9946 - 2 are protected and 1 isn't

there are 3 items listed under popups with the number 9946 - 2 are protected and 1 isn't

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello,

Which browser version do you use exactly?
Do you use Firefox 2.0?
If yes please try the following:
Go to the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

There please delete the permissions.sqlite and generate a new file for the hostperm.1 that is empty.
Now please immunize again.
That should solve the problem.

Or do you use FireFox 3.0?
Did you closed the browser while immunizing?
Did you try to undo the immunization and then immunize again?
Have you also used the "Check again" function from the menu bar above?
Are you logged in as admin or as user with admin rights?
Do you have other user accounts on your pc?
Do you have other security programs installed that might block the immunization?
