Can't run Spybot or HJT

Hi All,
I have something on my laptop stopping me from running or installing things.
I first noticed a blue screen then on reboot, norton 2004 didn't start.
I don't have much faith in Norton so I downloaded and installed Avira but it won't start either.
Spybot will also not run.
I downloaded the HJT.exe but it won't execute.

Any ideas?

Hi

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized, if not you'll find it in c:\rsit folder)
