Hello

I always turn towards spybot safer forum as my last options when thing goes beyond my knowledge and approch and that is why thankfull to spybot team for their great help always..

I have problem with my personal laptop.

this is not a normal VIRUS case and so that explaining real scenario and later HIJACKTHIS log report.

I installed ACTMON pc & internet monitoring software into my laptop VISTA HOME PREMEUM w/SP1.

during installation KASPERSKY,AD AWARE 2008,WINDOW DEFENDER, MALWAREBYTE ANTIMALWARE (instaled into my pc) reports suspisouc activity but i put all of them into ignore because ACTOM woring style is like spy and that is whey i was easy with that,

this soft is to monitor user activites, keyboard strokes and screen shots.
i found my system responding slow and finally decided to uninstall it.

after uninstalling i scan my pc by WINDOW DEFENDER which shows presence of some spyware, ofcourse these spywares was from actmon.

HERE YOU GO WITH THE PROBLEM FOUND BY WINDOW DEFENDER IN IT'S QUICK SCAN REPORT...

Category:
Monitoring Software

Description:
This program monitors user activity, such as keystrokes typed.

Advice:
Review the alert details to see why the software was detected. If you do not like how the software operates or if you do not recognize and trust the publisher, consider blocking or removing the software.

in the above report of win defender there are about 9 files into SYSTEM32 directory and TWO(2) drivers named as "lxsassc.sys" & "srvprcc.sys" (in system32\drivers) folder....

NOW IN SHORT,.....
if now i remove that 2 detected drivers which are attached with my keyboard in DEVICE MANAGER(i saw them) , then , my TOUCHPAD AND KEYBOARD stop working after very first restart.
i8042prt.sys and
kbdclass.sys

are already there into drivers directory but keyboard cannot work with these two mentioned drivers and must need "lxsassc.sys" & "srvprcc.sys" which win defender reporting as BAD SUSPISOUS FILES.
i am afraid that ACTMON IS NOT COMPLETELY INSTALLED because later i came to know that it was not mentioned that ACTMON V 5.11 is compatible with VISTA, only XP was mentioned...

** i want to tell you that i already remove following files from SYSTEM32 directory which are reported as spyware..

file:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\lxsassc.sys

file:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\srvprcc.sys

file:

file:

========================================xxx=========================
only those 2 drivers i cannot, becuase if i will do remove, keyboard and touchpad will not work and DEVICE MANAGER display following message that is..

window cannot load driver, some files are missing or driver is damaged (CODE 39)..

NOW here you go with HIJACKLOG REPORT...
