SpyBot will not install

I am trying to install SpyBot but I keep getting error
...an error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
...MoveFile failed;code 32.
...The process cannot access the file becauseit is being used by another process.

Clueless...but willing to learn. Please help.

I'm getting the same error when trying to install the latest beta version. I also get the exact same error when trying to download a beta version of DVD FAB. These error messages have popped up just in the last week.

My pc is backed up using Acronis TI and I've gone back to over a month ago, but still get the code 32 error.
