Please any kind hearted souls, help me with this problem... I can't update them (I'm using Windows Vista Premium)... The virus is TrojanDNSchanger... I tried removing it by safe mode, reformat laptop to factory settings, use the command prompt, malware bytes, norton, super anti-virus, pc health doctor... But to no avail... Please help me...
