Hello.

I have a problem. I wanted to scan online with f-secure and I received: "An errror has occured.Please close the scanner and your browser, then try again. (Id: 12)". I tried, but same error. What should I do?

Hm. What Operating System are you running and what browser are you running?

Have you cleared your cache, temp. files, and cookies from your browsers?
Try clearing that using ATF Cleaner:

Same error.

Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.
Internet explorer 8.

To the best of my knowledge Internet Explorer 8 is still a beta product with a third beta (IE 8 Beta 3) scheduled for the first quarter of next year (2009). I suggest that you try reinstalling Internet Explorer 7 and attempt the F-Secure scan again.

I get the same error when running f-secure online scan :sick:

This problem is recent for me....I could do this scan a few days ago...
I've posted here because I thought someone will help me solving this problem...

Only F-Secure can solve this problem, the scanner worked fine 1 week ago :coffee:
