Windows Explorer crashes

Hi,
I'm using Spybot for years, and when the latest 1.6.0 issued I installed it, all was running well, but since 3 updates now (With the latest one) I run computer, I open Windows explorer, and I can't open any page in IE... Windows Explorer doesn't answer
Then, the icon comes in system tray later than before

I could scan hardrives (I have two hardrives on computer), it took more than 2 hours, but it did until the end, and didn't find any spyware or else

Today, I couldn't do anything on computer, so, I totally uninstalled Spybot, I erased files remaining, Then I downloaded again Spybot from the site, re-intalled it, downloaded again new updates, installed them, made vaccination, etc... and.... Problem is the same... and more.... Computer started but it didn't want to entirely open Start button and tray icon space and I couldn't use any icon

So I uninstalled Spybot and problem disappeared
But I would like to re-install Spybot, so, could you help me and give me a way to fix my problem, please

I'm using XP Pro SP3 and have never had any problem with Spybot
