Manual update file does not self install

Due to proxy issues that I can't resolve I found the manual file and downloaded it. However it does not self install. I get a window asking for me to choose an install location. I tried the most obvious folder "\programfiles\spybot\updates" no luck. Spybot program still says it was last updated in October.

Any help is appreciated...

If you allowed Spybot to install in the default location then the spybotsd_includes.exe program would have also pointed to that default location. The default installation directory for Spybot is:
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\
