No clue about malware removel

Here is a logfile of the virus. I believe the file is called crss.exe and i got it from another infected user. I know it was petty dumb of to get this, but can someone please help?? any advice would be great!!

i also forgot to mention that every time i run a scan, online and offline, it says theres nothing infected, but when i first got the file i it said it was infected
