Looking for Help!

I can only start in safe mode (no networking). I am unable to run Spybot S&D.
Ran Avast Anti-Virus, Ewido, and Adaware. While all 3 found stuff, their removal had no effect on the PC.

I appreciate any help!

Do you have a USB/flash drive that you can use to transfer programs from the working machine to the infected one ?
