Registry change denied constant pop ups

Please help me with problems. Spybot alerted me to several unexpected attempts to change my registry settings, all of which I declined. Upon reboot the changes came up again, which declined.Now there are constant pop ups saying "Registry change denied. Identified as user blacklist."
I have search this forum for help, but may be I am not typing in the correct search words. Tried " registry change", " pop ups" etc .
I ahve also read FAQs - no help.
I try not to waste your time but I cannot seem to find a similar thread in Malware removal forum, so I am posting a new thread.
Please help me before I go nutty :)

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

Ah but did you read the "Before you Post" directions? They are pinned (sticky) to the top of this form and I posted a link above. There is no way I can know if I can help from the limited information you have provided. Read and follow the directions, then post the HiajckThis log that is described plainly in those directions. That is the first step.
