Pop-up while mainly on google..

First off, I just want to say that I am new to the forum so please forgive me if I make any mistakes in this thread.
I am under constant seige from a pop up with a URL of
"http://url.adtrgt.com/cpv.jsp?p=110219&ip="

Hi


Disable Spybot's TeaTimer to make sure it won't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer

Download ResetTeaTimer.bat to the Desktop (right click the link and choose save)

Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer (and preventing TeaTimer to restore them upon reactivation).

If you want, I will have no problem and uninstall spybot, and continue on with your instructions.
