This seems to be quite common from what i have read.

Anyway, i have followed instructions elsewhere, and have disabled TeaTimer, and launched HJT, here is my uninstall list..

Please review the instruction in "Before you Post" again, you have posted a uninstall list and I need a HijackThis log that is plainly described in the instructions.

I will comment on the uninstall list, since it is posted:

Uninstall list: I look for malware and security issues and will not know all of your programs, but you should.

Hackers are using out of date programs to infect folks more and more,

For your information, I have already tried the following without success.

Ran AVG Scanner in Safe Mode
Ran SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition also in Safe Mode
Ran VunmondoBeGone
Ran the other Virtumonde related exe too. (forgot the name as its on my admin account).

All of the above were carried out on my Admin user account.

Also for your information, SpyBot does not flag Virtumonde.dd as a threat, in fact at the end of a several hour scan, it comes up clear. Its problem is, the during the scan itself, which is in advanced mode, it freezes/stays for hours @ Virtumonde.dll

I have hunted high, and low on my system, and cannot find this dll file anywhere, so starting to wonder if its a false positive, and if so, how can I get SpyBot to stop freezing at this point in future scans.?

I have also disabled Tea Timer, uninstalled SpyBot, and downloaded, and reinstalled another version, and ensured its up to date.

Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is this your computer? Are you asking how to remove old programs?
Click the links I provided, review the information, then uninstall the old programs in Add Remove Programs.

The reason I asked you to read the directions is information like this:

Follow these directions in the numbered order:

1) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

2) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

4) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.
