The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "AgentSpyware" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
AgentSpyware claims to be an antivirus solution. If it is installed on the computer it detects some spywares even if the computer is a totally clean machine. If the user wants to fix these problems, he has to buy a licence. When he tries to close the application it pops up every few seconds and tries to convince the user to buy it.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "AgentSpyware" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\AgentSpyware.Exe -boot".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\AgentSpyware.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Uninstall.lnk".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\AgentSpyware.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\AgentSpyware.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DataBase Update.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DbCookies.ref".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DbFilesFolders.ref".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DbProcessDlls.ref".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DbRegistry.ref".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\DBVersion.ini".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\details.ref".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Progress.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\SpyLog.txt".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\CustomScan.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\RegInfo.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\ScanInfo.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\SelectedFolders.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\Settings.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\Shield.ini".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\Spyware.stg".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings\Spywares.stg".
The file at "<$COMMONDESKTOP>\AgentSpyware.lnk".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If AgentSpyware uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Quarantine".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Registry Backups".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SoftwareDoctor\AgentSpyware\Settings".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If AgentSpyware uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "AgentSpyware" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "AgentSpyware" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftwareDoctor\".
If AgentSpyware uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
