The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "CallingHome.biz" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Supposed Functionality:
This piece of malware is an installing utility for www.callinghome.biz.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "kczudnvv" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\kczudnvv.exe".

Important: There are more autorun entries that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "ceres".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\inf\ceres.inf".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\ceres.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\bg5.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\HHHMKMK.ini".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\SET19.tmp".
A file with an unknown location named "polall1e.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\dlmax.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\FCDFMNNH.ini".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\inf\dlmax.inf".
A file with an unknown location named "multimpp.dll".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-21-776561741-651377827-839522115-500\5a644bc4-6590-4240-9e6b-27966761be4e".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\01234567\thnall2c[1].exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\ceres.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\FCDFMNNH.ini".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\inf\csnopol.inf".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\kczudnvv.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "zsjytow.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\setupapi.log".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\FCDFMNNH.ini".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\multimpp.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If CallingHome.biz uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Folders:

The directory at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\THI45D.tmp".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If CallingHome.biz uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry value "bg5.exe" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\".
Delete the registry key "DLMax" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "DLMaxDll.DLMaxDllObj", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "DLMaxDll.DLMaxDllObj.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry value "CSC4n3trMsgSDisp" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ceres\".
Delete the registry value "CSI4d3OfSDist" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ceres\".
Delete the registry value "CSI4d3OfSInst" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ceres\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "CeresDll.CeresDllObj", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "CeresDll.CeresDllObj.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "MultiMPP" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "{50F646B1-1C3E-4B01-B818-437E1276E5BE}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
If CallingHome.biz uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
