The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "DeusCleaner" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
DeusCleaner claims to be a tool meant to fix bugs. If it is installed on the computer it detects some "bugs" which are not really existent. The user won`t get any description on those "bugs" and if he/she wants to fix them he/she has to purchase a license.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Shortcuts named "Deus Cleaner.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Items named "Deus Cleaner Home Page.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe*".
Items named "Deus Cleaner Online Manual.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe*".
Items named "Deus Cleaner Online Support.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe*".
Items named "Deus Cleaner.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe*".
Items named "Register Now!.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe*".
Items named "Uninstall Deus Cleaner.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\unins000.exe".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "Deus Cleaner" and pointing to ""<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\*.exe"*".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "Deus Cleaner_is1".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\unins000.dat".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\unins000.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\working.log".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\DBInfo.ver".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\FireFoxCache.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\FireFoxCookie.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\FireFoxHistory.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Google Cache.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\IE Cache.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\IE Cookie.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Opera Cache.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Opera Cookie.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Opera Download.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Opera List.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\Recycle.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\StBakupFiles.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\TmpFiles.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinClipBoard.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinPreftech.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinRecent.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinRunHistory.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinTmp.set".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config\WinUpdate.set".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If DeusCleaner uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Deus Cleaner".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\config".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner\Languages".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Deus Cleaner".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If DeusCleaner uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "Deus Cleaner" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "Deus Cleaner" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\".
Delete the registry key "{F3175B35-99CE-4297-A7E1-292562DD7AF3}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Deus Cleaner", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "Deus Cleaner" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SDmodul.Secure Delete with Deus Cleaner", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "Deus Cleaner" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
If DeusCleaner uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
