The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "DyFuCA.SafeSurf" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "irassync" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\irasyncd.exe".
Entries pointing to "SafeSurfing\SSUpdate.exe".
Entries named "SafeSurfingEXE".
Entries pointing to "SAFESURFING\SAFESURFING.EXE".
Entries named "SafeSurfingUpdate".

Important: There are more autorun entries that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "RASmon".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\rastmon.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\unrasmon.exe".
The file at "<$DESKTOP>\Free Ipod Nano.url".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\ipodnano.ico".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\SafeSurfing.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\SSUpdate.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\SafeSurfing.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\ssurf022.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\Installer.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SafeSurfing\removeme.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If DyFuCA.SafeSurf uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{95C60327-8E17-44D6-98EB-7EB70CC606DD}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Var9.IRiras", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Var9.IRiras.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{53FD0D58-CD25-4E54-AD0A-A1BDE2FE5A94}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "RASmon" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
Delete the registry key "RASm" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\".
Delete the registry key "{D8E25C53-9508-4f5c-9249-D98D438891D5}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SafeSurfingHelper.IEBho", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SSIEHelper.DocEventHandler", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SSIEHelper.SSIEHelperObj", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{CC1543F0-013B-4806-9C18-23816853BD9A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{D8E25C53-9508-4f5c-9249-D98D438891D5}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{F9374DE1-E63C-4483-90F8-74F08041834F}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{A217C6CE-6581-44F9-A78E-37943A1284B9}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{B551C119-DE34-48B7-8F9D-2721FDA90F0B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{F4965A2C-CD0A-49EA-AC03-794DE5041921}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{00211813-6223-4C6A-BE8D-4D2676CD1361}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{82A96266-90F7-4178-8037-0B209C4AA5C6}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "SafeSurfing" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "SafeSurfing" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\".
If DyFuCA.SafeSurf uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
