The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Innovagest2000.AlfaCleaner" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

privacy policy and terms and conditions have intentional mispelling to mislead the user.
first software to understate the threat caused by 180Solutions
also creates fake entries, which is not excluded from the Eula
privacy policy states that user information will be transmitted to other customers
Supposed Functionality:
supposed to be an antispyware software
Privacy Statement:
"Samples.
The Software Product may be provided with certain "Samples" intended to demonstrate use of the Software Product or provide a base starting point for use of the Software Product. Samples include macros, clip libraries, syntax definition files, or similar items. If Samples are provided, they are considered part of the Software Product for purposes of this EULA. However, you may use and create derivative works from Samples, provided that you do so in conjunction with your use of the Software Product, and that you maintain any copyright notices that may be incorporated within the Samples."

1 Information that you provide to us:
AlfaClearner receives and stores all information that you enter on our website and our billing pages. This includes
a) credit card sign-up page: the url you are purchasing goods or services from, your e-mail address, your language preference, your credit card number, your expiration date, your first name, your last name, your zip, your country, and your agreement to be bound by AlfaClearner's terms and conditions; You are obligated to provide AlfaClearner with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide AlfaClearner with such information could void any Agreement between you and AlfaClearner. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as processing your purchase request, responding to customer service inquiries, loss prevention, improving our service, communicating with you, and allowing our clients to provide customer service and fulfill their obligations to you.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Shortcuts named "AlfaCleaner.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\AlfaCleaner.exe".

Quicklaunch area:

Please remove the following items from your start quick launch area text to the "Start" button in the taskbar at the bottom.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Quicklaunch symbols named "AlfaCleaner.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\AlfaCleaner.exe".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "AlfaCleaner" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\AlfaCleaner.exe".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "AlfaCleaner.com_is1".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

A file with an unknown location named "setup.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\ACServer.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\AlfaCleaner.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\Engine.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\hesvc.sys".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\log4cplusu.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\logger.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\PopUp.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\Threats.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\UI.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\Updater.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\drivers\hesvc.sys".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Innovagest2000.AlfaCleaner uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Folders:

The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\AlfaCleaner".
The directory at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>AlfaCleaner".
The directory at "<$APPDATA>\AlfaCleaner".
The directory at "<$APPDATA>\Skinux\AlfaCleaner".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AlfaCleaner\AlfaCleaner".

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "alfacleaner" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "AlfaCleanerService" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "AlfaCleanerService" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Eventlog\System\".
Delete the registry key "alfacleaner" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\".
Delete the registry key "AlfaCleanerService" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\".
Delete the registry key "AlfaCleanerService" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\System\".
If Innovagest2000.AlfaCleaner uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
