The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "ISearchTech.ISTsvc" manually.

Description:
This piece of malware connects to internet and installs ISTsvc.
It does not state required information.
ISearch Technologies tends to use several exploits to install its software without user consent.
The file istsvc.exe is running in the background and is being added to system startup.
Supposed Functionality:
"IST has developed a product aimed at both the surfer and the webmaster in the form of an addictive Internet Explorer toolbar. Designed by the webmaster, it brands the webmaster's website and creates surfers loyalty too.

The toolbar can be built and distributed through a highly effective affiliate program aimed at the webmaster or anyone that is willing to cash-in their traffic by distributing IST products."

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "PwqNUG8c" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\phrwf.exe".
Entries named "StartUp" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\trayicons.exe /optimize speed".
Entries named "IST Service" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe".

Delete the registry key "{7C559105-9ECF-42b8-B3F7-832E75EDD959}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Pugi.PugiObj.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{89A10D64-83BF-41A4-86A3-7AAF1F8F3D1B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
References to the file "<$WINDIR>/Downloaded Program Files/istactivex.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ModuleUsage\.
References to the file "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\istactivex.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls\.
