Affliate Target

Recently I have gotten a Cool Webs virus that links to a site called "affliate target" which redirects my current site to site with many pop ups, sometimes causing my computer to crash. I have used a site blocker to prevent the site from fully loading, but it still pops up. I have used several spyware/cool web scanners, and none so far has located the source. It pops up once in every 4 or 5 times I use open new pages, esp. search sites like yahoo and google.
