The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Agent.xg" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.Agent.xg creates an autorun entry to be loaded on every windows start. It opens the Internet Explorer and displays ads. Your desktop wallpaper is changed to a blue screen with a warning message.
Removal Instructions:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "{C599792D-C6D9-461d-93CA-B48BFF8E37B1}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{C2220120-1C24-4a79-BA7A-DDCBFC209DB3}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{BAAA759D-56F0-428c-B8DA-827EA3B08C2C}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{B3B48B54-C0EC-4705-8EE8-1981AEF656A7}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{7DD4A7AC-A3F1-4495-884A-7947C5B89108}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{2C70168B-97CE-4f31-B85D-1FEC5002721D}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{42562052-EE17-4197-82C7-91CB2E4B0666}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{B081DB1F-4EE6-4021-9DD4-8B300F0D636D}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{05CD0D77-4947-4a56-94FA-0DF0DC644D7B}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{DD651081-A909-45ad-BD71-2335B0ADE043}" and pointing to "*".
Entries named "{9754B85A-3B34-4969-BE1F-CD03227E9470}" and pointing to "*".

Important: There are more autorun entries that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\config.ini".
A file with an unknown location named "setup_axplugin.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sysqyzwud.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sysscpmqn.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\syssngbeh.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sysutrnez.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\syszweuas.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\xcbhwuq.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\xewuaqj.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\xfjzrby.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\xhbxcnv.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\mywallpaper.bmp".
A file with an unknown location named "syssngbeh.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "syszweuas.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Agent.xg uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Remove "<$WINDIR>\mywallpaper.bmp" from registry value "Wallpaper" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\".
If Win32.Agent.xg uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
