at some point sefoseyo.dll was renamed to sefosayo.dll_old on my system. i have no idea what this dll does and whether or not it is malware but i haven't had any problems since this dll was renamed.
however, i can't get rid of the dll in system startup. i intially just tried unchecking the checkbox against 5 entries referring to this dll but two of them would still be checked next time i looked. i then tried deleting all 5 entries, but 2 have reappeared.
the keys are HK_CU:Run (User S-1-5-19) and the same but with S-1-5-20, the value is pupiwejese and the command line is rundll32.exe "c:windows\system32\sefoseyo.dll",s
