I have followed several online removal techniques to remove this and a lot of the files and registry keys they say to delete don't even exist. Someone please help me out. Also, spybot keeps finding something called AVSystemcare that identifies itself as Vario.Antivirus. Spyboy cannot remove this as it says the process is currently running and will remove on restart. After restarting and running, it still cannot remove this.
I have also tried running all of these programs in safe mode. Nothing is working. Here is my HJT log...

I forgot to add, that Spyware.ISpynow keeps popping up every 10 minutes or so, with a Windows Security Alert asking me to block it. However, the "Keep Blocking" and "Unblock" buttons are grayed out and I cannot click them. All it has is "Enable Protection" which leads me to a website to download the program it wants me to buy anyway, I guess. Something is also keeping Firefox from running properly. Anytime it is opened, even when clicking "enable protection" it says Mozilla has crashed.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.
I may be able to help but you have other issues to work through first. If you are willing to follow directions, them I will do all I can.
1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)
2) Spyware Terminator <<< do you own this program?
3) C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 <<< this program is obsolete, uninstall it in Add Remove programs.

4) C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVG7 <<< looks like this one needs and update:

Once you are updated, then do this:
*Right click the icon for AVG in System Tray and choose Open AVG User Interface.
*Click on Update now, allow AVG to download and install any new updates.
* Click on Computer Scanner then choose "Scan whole computer", this takes a round one hour on the computer I am using now.
* Near the bottom above the words "The scan is complete" choose "Export overview to file"
* Choose Desktop and give it a name you will recognize like AVG Scan Results, then choose SAVE.
* Close results and close the Interface.
* Copy and paste the contents of that file unless it should be clean, then just tell me so.
When all of the above instructions have been followed, then post an uninstall list.
5) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP,
Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

ok, I've removed all obsolete versions of AVG, and replaced them with the one you suggested and performed a system scan. The scan came back completely clean.
I do have Spyware Terminator. It was being used before I posted on here, from one of the removal processes I found. However, it isn't needed. If needed, I can delete it.

Everything looks good so far! No notification has popped up yet. Malware bytes found 20 different files, 2 which could not be removed until a reboot. I updated everything that you said, and removed all the others.
The only thing I see is an AVSystemCare folder still exists in the C:\ drive like before, but nothing is in it. Maybe it's just leftover? Hopefully this fixed everything.

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback, you asked this:
The only thing I see is an AVSystemCare folder still exists in the C:\ drive like before, but nothing is in it.
Delete that empty folder:)
Let's proceed like this:
Clean the System Restore files like this:
Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Reboot
Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Update AVG 8 and scan the system, to be sure it is running right and scanning clean. Some good AVG information:
