Help please : Spyware/Malware freezing my computer [LOG]

Hi everyone,
I encounter a problem with my computer since sunday. Now on, I can only use my computer in the Safe Mode. In the normal mode, everything is almost frozen on my desktop :mad:
I guess my problem is due to a malware.
In fact, I uninstall Spybot to get the latest version. I was unable to install the new version and got an error (code 23 Cyclic redundancy check). I downloaded the registry key to completely uninstall all the previous version files, shut down and reboot the computer...nothing :mad:
I also tried to open and/or install any new Antivirus/Antispyware, I have the same error message (cyclic redundancy check).
I attached my HijackThis log (got from the Safe Mode...as I cannot use my computer in the normal mode...so I don't know if the log could be any help).
I would appreciate if somone here could help a computer newbie like me to get rid of this malware.

Are you seeing that code 23 Cyclic redundancy error with other programs ?

I dont see any of the recent spyware/malware But you could post a startup list,get it while in safe mode > heres how


Post a startup list from hijackthis
Start Hijackthis click config misc tools >
plcase a check in [X] list also minor sections
and [X] list empty sections, then click gernerate startuplist log.
