The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "RouterLayer.TDL" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
This trojan gets downloaded and installled by other trojans, such as a variant of the YiSouToolbar.
Installs itself as a BHO and drops an aclayer.exe into the system folder.
Supposed Functionality:
According to its naming this progam resembles a valid Microsoft file: aclayers.dll
The trojan name is aclayer.dll
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\aclayer.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\aclayer.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "aclayer.dll".
A file with an unknown location named "aclayer.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If RouterLayer.TDL uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{5EB7CB50-E375-4718-B4C0-9AD12EFA2F84}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{46C18A88-0915-48FC-A8BE-58A9FE7F6E45}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{B37E0A2D-9A61-4A95-A0E0-6D6F6123DAB4}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{5EB7CB50-E375-4718-B4C0-9AD12EFA2F84}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "PcLayer" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
If RouterLayer.TDL uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
