The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Agent.aach" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
This trojan horse infects a computer via infected usb drives. It installs itself to the directory win.dll in the system directory. Win32.Agent.aach starts itself via explorer policies which are hidden from the user.
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\avgs.exe".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\Desktop.ini".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\DLL.ico".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\drivelist.txt".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\Icon.ico".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\reproduce.txt".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\script1.txt".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\std.txt".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\thb.ico".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\win.exe".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\win.mp3".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\reg.bkp\autorun.inf".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\winthb\autorun.inf".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\winthb\avgs.exe".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\winthb\DLL.ico".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\winthb\drivelist.txt".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Agent.aach uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

The directory at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll".
The directory at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\win.dll\reg.bkp".
The directory at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\winthb".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Agent.aach uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry value "status" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\".
Delete the registry value "winlogon" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\".
If Win32.Agent.aach uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
