The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Agent.AEW" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
The trojan spreads through emails, installs itself in the system32 directory and tries to spy on the user.
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\msx.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Agent.AEW uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "do.msx", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{037CE595-57CB-4EB5-9775-97BC112F3BB3}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{3E55D5AA-2006-4572-BCF3-643D6AAB9063}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{037CE595-57CB-4EB5-9775-97BC112F3BB3}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{521693AA-7453-47ED-9959-3BD47DAA1B1A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{A25166AB-84F1-4636-B8C2-1D0366E8BB7B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{613D5EB6-379E-4726-B568-1C4F996A78EB}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{521693AA-7453-47ED-9959-3BD47DAA1B1A}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "xsmx.ready2wear", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "xsmx.ready2wear.1", plus associated values.
If Win32.Agent.AEW uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
