Hello and welcome to the forum. You do have some nasty stuff on your computer. This includes this item running fromm your services:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.lodmedud.html and the Vundo trojan. Because of these infections my first suggestion is that you read the information in the link, then keep your computer offline as much as possible until you are clean. If you have questions, stop and ask them and it is very important that you follow the directions exactly.
This will seem like a lot to do, and I decided to give it all to you all at once. Work through the items as time permits and post the information I requested when you finish. We will probably have more to do.

1) C:\Program Files\Updates from HP\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe please review this information: http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/backweb-137903/ since the spyware is optional, let me know if you want it removed.

2) This item: ALCXMNTR.EXE is considered spyware, see this: http://castlecops.com/startuplist-180.html If you wish it removed, let me know.

3) Since we will be deleting bad files/folders, use these instructions to enable hidden files/folders so we can see them, and you may want to reverse this when you are finished.
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

4) You have spyware programs that may block the fix we must make, I suggest you turn off CounterSpy and Windows Defender until you are done.

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix

5) Please download VundoFix v4.2.35 to the Desktop:
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/24/2/
* Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it
* Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task
* You will receive a message saying VundoFix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
* When VundoFix re-opens, click: Scan for Vundo
* Once it's done scanning, click: Remove Vundo
* A prompt asking if you want to remove the files appears, click: Yes
* Once you click yes, the Desktop goes blank as it starts removing Vundo.
* When completed, a prompt to shutdown the computer appears, click OK
* Turn the computer back on.

6) We must disable and delete the bad service:
Disable the offending Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to pvhwgprtudtz and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Delete the offending Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (MsUpdate6) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

7) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
(some items may be removed, don't be concerned. Just don't miss any)

C:\Windows\Prefetch\ >>> delete the contents (NOT THE FOLDER)
Prefetch info: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Gaining-Speed-Empty-Prefetch-XP.html

Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp
Run CCleaner, Windows & Applications when you run the registry cleaner (Issues) you will be prompted to backup before you can remove stuff, make sure you do.

Restart the computer and post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HJT log along with your comments.
