The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Igloo" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "System32" and pointing to "System32.exe".
Entries named "ESAFE" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\DlK3WlMvPrWsAm.exe".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

A file with an unknown location named "dal).exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\System32.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\DlK3WlMvPrWsAm.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\setup.txt".
A file with an unknown location named "AIM.EXE".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Adobe PhotoShop 7.1 crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Battlefied1942 Pack4 (crack bloodpatch).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\C&C Generals Pack2 (new patch).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Gothic 2 (m-patch).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\I.G.I. 2 (new crack).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\James Bond 007 Nightfire crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Medal Of Honor (Allied Assault) crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Need for Speed 6 (new cars crack).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Operation Flashpoint (bloopatch).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Ps2 to Pc tutorial ( tool).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Raven Shield 5.32 crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Sim City 4 crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Splinter Cell crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Unreal2 (2.8) crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\UT2003 multi-crack (new).exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\Warcraft3 battle.net(2.5) crack.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sCache32\WinZip 8.3b (crack).exe".
A file with an unknown location named "SIMSER.EXE".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\xms32.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "SIMS.EXE".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\xms32.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "DASD.EXE".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Igloo uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry value "System32" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Runonce\".
Delete the registry value "System32" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\".
If Win32.Igloo uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
