When I try to run SpyBot I get an error Message about 00SyncNet and then it stops immediately although it gives me a green Check mark that nothing is there. If I go and Check 00SyncNet and run again I get the same thing with Aconti and Green Check, Check that I get something else, etc., etc., It never seems to complete the process.

Hi there.

Could you follow the instructions here please:

BEFORE you post a log, and who will advise you. Preliminary Steps (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Otherwise post a Spybot-S&D log:

Open SpyBot, check for and get any updates available.
Close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found in red
Then on the toolbar menu select mode and switch to advanced mode, on the left lower down select tools, and view report, ensure all the options are selected near the bottom except

Uncheck[ ] do not report disabled or known legitimate Items.
uncheck[ ] Include a list of services in report.
Uncheck[ ] Include uninstall list in report.

Now select (near the top) view report.
Press export in the save in box choose a place such as your my documents folder, then in your next post near the bottom select the "browse" button; navigate to and attach or post that report.

As per your request attached.

BTW the following were not on my window:
uncheck[ ] Include a list of services in report.
Uncheck[ ] Include uninstall list in report.

After uninstalling 1.3 and installing version 1.4 (as in the directions above) please run another scan and post that log.

Make sure you update after installing; if you receive a Bad Checksum! error try another server as they are sometimes overloaded.
