The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Small.ege" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.Small.ege copies executable and library files into the "Windows" and the "system" directory and tries to connect to the internet in background.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "cmdbcs" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\cmdbcs.exe".
Entries named "mppds" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\mppds.exe".
Entries named "msccrt" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\msccrt.exe".
Entries named "shualai" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\*.exe".
Entries named "System" and pointing to "<$COMMONPROGRAMFILES>\System\Updaterun.exe".
Entries named "upxdnd" and pointing to "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\upxdnd.exe".
Entries named "winform" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\winform.exe".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "{C07355D6-E5E2-4f54-8C8C-098FF0F0A510}".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\bofang.dll".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\GTIAPI.dll".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\temp.exe".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\upxdnd.dll".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\upxdnd.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\yrrc\ibbm.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\yrrc\leep.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\cmdbcs.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\shualai.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\SysSun2\Ghook.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\SysSun2\svchost.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\cmdbcs.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\winform.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\winform.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Small.ege uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$WINDIR>\SysSun2".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Small.ege uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{D40D01E4-0378-430A-A890-382CB46B97B1}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{D40D01E4-0378-430A-A890-382CB46B97B1}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "abho.Jpeg", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "abho.Jpeg.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{12DCB9B5-8AFE-4A89-83A6-520B4E103F53}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "{0B5918AF-E404-4A36-A56E-DC37373CE466}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "abho.DLL" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "{4970DA77-DB06-4EB9-AAB5-77AF0CC77310}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{12DCB9B5-8AFE-4A89-83A6-520B4E103F53}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{4970DA77-DB06-4EB9-AAB5-77AF0CC77310}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{42A612A4-4334-4424-4234-42261A31A236}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
If Win32.Small.ege uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
