The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Zlob.Downloader.vcd" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "VideoAccessCodec".
Products that have a key or property named "WebVideo".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

A file with an unknown location named "nssfrch.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\movctrlflm.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\nssfrch.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\install.ico".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\Uninstall.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\VideoAccessCodec.ocx".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\Uninstall.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\VideoAccessCodec.ocx".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoAccessCodec\install.ico".
A file with an unknown location named "VideoAccessCodec.ocx".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Zlob.Downloader.vcd uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

Delete the registry value "{1699137C-B90E-4488-97BC-575C896C2B5C}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{AC9BBDB2-8FCD-49C8-96F7-CC3CF7B453CD}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry value "{AC9BBDB2-8FCD-49C8-96F7-CC3CF7B453CD}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{7D61C1B5-86AF-439F-9ACF-D19FDB5F55CC}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry value "{7D61C1B5-86AF-439F-9ACF-D19FDB5F55CC}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{DF0ACE0C-4A3F-4A1F-8676-BA16DEB23C70}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry value "{DF0ACE0C-4A3F-4A1F-8676-BA16DEB23C70}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{2106BEDE-F5E8-4DE8-A081-A7E5EAD1529B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry value "{2106BEDE-F5E8-4DE8-A081-A7E5EAD1529B}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{AC546B33-036A-41DA-B1CC-C1D15659520E}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{AC546B33-036A-41DA-B1CC-C1D15659520E}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{61AB8A39-FCCB-47CC-BAF3-750D1834E773}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "nssfrch.StockBar", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "nssfrch.ToolBar.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry value "{61AB8A39-FCCB-47CC-BAF3-750D1834E773}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "{324A919B-E874-4350-B815-B04306E266E0}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{C65F2CAE-6791-4D97-9318-183B5BACB89D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "VideoPlugin" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "VAC.Video", plus associated values.
If Zlob.Downloader.vcd uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Browser:

The following browser plugins or items can either be removed directly in your browser, or through the help of e.g. Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer).

Look for Internet Explorer extensions named "The nssfrch".
