The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Sysweb Telecom" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
The dialer connects to its website, but redirect to another bad site.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Shortcuts named "Mil Descargas.lnk" and pointing to "index.htm".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Items named "Mil Descargas.lnk" and pointing to "index.htm".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\SysWebTelecomInt.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\TEMP\sponsoradulto.swt".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\TEMP\sponsoradulto.tmp".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\TEMP\sponsoradulto.txt".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\MSIMGSIZ.DAT".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Sysweb Telecom uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "c:\sponsoradulto".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Sysweb Telecom uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "sponsoradulto2" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "{511F9316-771B-4953-A268-1C36DA667FE9}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{7BE68951-EECC-4CA3-8991-FC2054D1F7E6}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{8D2FE65B-7DCE-44AF-B664-556F289BCAAC}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{273773EA-E96D-49F8-9AB1-EAEC34A97347}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{511F9316-771B-4953-A268-1C36DA667FE9}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "sponsoradulto.sponsoradulto", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "sponsoradulto" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\RemoteAccess\Profile\".
Delete the registry key "SysWebTelecom" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "{EFB22865-F3BC-4309-ADFA-C8E078A7F762}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{639581D0-8376-4073-B73B-45993FA45156}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{66B0C472-A6B5-4E86-8330-F4875AF90929}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SysWebTelecom.SysWebTelecom", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{21DE6877-97C0-4FC7-9C16-666B996DB4A2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{EFB22865-F3BC-4309-ADFA-C8E078A7F762}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
References to the file "Downloaded Program Files/SysWebTelecomInt.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ModuleUsage\.
Delete the registry value "sponsoradulto" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\RemoteAccess\Addresses\".
References to the file "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SysWebTelecomInt.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls\.
