The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "INetSpeak" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\iexplorr11.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\iexplorr22.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\iexplorr23.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\iexplorr24.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If INetSpeak uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BHO42602.clsDockWindow", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BHO42602.clsInetSpeak", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BHO426022", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{4CF5275B-CDBC-11D3-A8AF-0090279A5978}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{D6862A22-1DD6-11D3-BB7C-444553540000}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{D16F4F72-24DF-4775-B444-167AF5B30620}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{072D14EF-99B6-49DD-9BE5-76142727B7AC}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{D6862A20-1DD6-11D3-BB7C-444553540000}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{2E12B523-3D4C-4FAC-9B04-0376A8F5E879}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{388D7EBB-CBB9-4126-8DB2-86DC6863A206}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{39AF31DD-EAFC-45EA-A56C-385B52E25CC0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{6B12DABB-0B7C-44FA-B0B3-4BAFF3790256}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{A76066C9-941B-4209-9D96-0AC80501100D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{BC0D2038-2DE5-4A6F-92BC-B18A3E0DE32A}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{D6862A22-1DD6-11D3-BB7C-444553540000}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
If INetSpeak uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Browser:

The following browser plugins or items can either be removed directly in your browser, or through the help of e.g. Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer).

Please remove Browser Helpers named "BHO42602.clsInetSpeak".
