The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Boran.g" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "{6A512BF7-EC78-4e8d-9841-6C02E8FA9838}".
Products that have a key or property named "Vision Communicate".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$RECENT>\spoolsv.dll.lnk".
A file with an unknown location named "spoolsv.dll".
The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\Setup2.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "Setup2.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Fonts\msshapi.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Fonts\msshapi.ini".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\inf\cpap.ini".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\install.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\mscfg.ini".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\MSHLP.DLL".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\rundll32.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\MMSAssist\mms.ini".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\MMSAssist\Mmsass~1.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\MMSAssist\update.ini".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\std.ini".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\stdup.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Boran.g uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Cpap.CpapView.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{02C9B9AB-6372-46C5-B356-773FAF3B6B1E}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{721E6521-4CAD-4A8D-A7F1-4E230B31EF19}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{77962960-536E-47EC-9DDB-52651519705F}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{02C9B9AB-6372-46C5-B356-773FAF3B6B1E}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{721E6521-4CAD-4A8D-A7F1-4E230B31EF19}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{77962960-536E-47EC-9DDB-52651519705F}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Cpap.CpapView", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "IEHelper.WinHelper", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{11955EDD-967E-41B8-B668-45FD97A7FD91}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{74289A7A-E652-4A57-A6B9-EE64AD532A8D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{A6A82A97-8EB8-495A-AE49-1912793FE4EC}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{D922591D-7893-412B-B801-C3B2F31BE4C9}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "MSHLP.MSHlper", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{203B711D-08CE-47B4-9A22-C99A4C22224C}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".

Remove "{6A512BF7-EC78-4e8d-9841-6C02E8FA9838}" from registry value "stdup" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ShellServiceObjectDelayLoad\".
Remove "{6671A431-5C3D-463d-A7CF-5587F9B7E191}" from registry value "Vision" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ShellServiceObjectDelayLoad\".
Delete the registry key ">>²ÊÐÅ·¢ËÍ<<" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Ad.AxObj", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{6671A433-5C3D-463D-A7CF-5587F9B7E191}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{6A512BF7-EC78-4E8D-9841-6C02E8FA9838}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{6671A431-5C3D-463d-A7CF-5587F9B7E191}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{6671A432-5C3D-463d-A7CF-5587F9B7E191}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
