The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Rabio.SearchEnhancer" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Rabio.SearchEnhancer is a tool that shows advertisment to the user when he is surfing via Internet Explorer. The advertisement changes depending on special keywords the user is typing in. Rabio.SearchEnhancer does not have a start menu folder and so it is hard to uninstall. Additionally the uninstaller does not remove the folders and files from the user's hard disk.

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "Rabio".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\ExecutionDll.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\Rabio.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\Rabio.dll.intermediate.manifest".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\resellerid.txt".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\se.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\se.original".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\Setup.log".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\un_RabioSetup_16702.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\X_Rabio.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\X_se.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio\X_se.log".
The file at "<$STARTUP>\Rabio - Auto Update.lnk".
A file with an unknown location named "RabioSetup.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Rabio.SearchEnhancer uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

The directory at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Rabio\Search Enhancer".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Rabio".

Delete the registry key "Search Enhancer" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Rabio\".
Delete the registry key "{89CC26BC-9256-4CCA-A7F3-B9D6C48DBA71}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "Rabio.DLL" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "{1C2E5D27-A17C-4D89-85DD-3553C189380D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{923CA88A-AE69-49AF-BF65-9A3123B14CCB}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{8C36D71B-0A48-4D38-9DEF-2A2A2669D0C9}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "Rabio" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache\".
Delete the registry key "{1C2E5D27-A17C-4D89-85DD-3553C189380D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Rabio.RabioBHO", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Rabio.RabioBHO.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "Rabio" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
If Rabio.SearchEnhancer uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
