The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "ActualNames.AdvSearch" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "AdvSearch_is1".
Products with a key that includes "AdvSearch" in its name or properties.

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\cliner.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\FindDll.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\FindService.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\MailBook.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\mailbookproxy.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\MyDll.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\Nn7Dll.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\NnDll.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\spredirect.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\spredirect.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\update.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\updater.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\updaterproxy.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\BrowseProxy\pluginst.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\BrowseProxy\setup.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If ActualNames.AdvSearch uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdvSearch\Cache".

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{92C7D65C-52F3-4545-8A35-213D730DB1ED}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "AdvSearch.AlarIT.LioN.AddrBook", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "AdvSearch.AlarIT.LioN.Updater", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "PlugInst.Installer", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{33403499-E238-4F35-8F5A-7F53D24FF9E2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{80751B22-3FB8-4ED9-B029-E6F568BB48A8}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{DEE456F3-A075-4F60-BEA0-8748D0917701}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{B9CD23F0-086D-4190-9C04-FBFA1EA09FF8}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{BF4B360B-1717-4BEA-8C5B-6936DE82E8F6}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{33403499-E238-4F35-8F5A-7F53D24FF9E2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{7AF14230-D19F-482D-8668-53FC571B2017}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{B9CD23F0-086D-4190-9C04-FBFA1EA09FF8}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{300D6635-E419-47E3-9642-6D73337684CD}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{7197649B-548D-41C0-B2C1-45E1D402594A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{CFC87851-657D-439B-9B00-3DAE4238FB1F}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "AdvSearch" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Olivia Corp\".
Delete the registry key "AdvSearch" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Olivia Corp\".
Delete the registry key "{BF4B360B-1717-4BEA-8C5B-6936DE82E8F6}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
If ActualNames.AdvSearch uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
