The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "BDHelper" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries pointing to "BDPlugin.dll,Rundll32".
Entries named "BIE".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "BDHelper".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\BDEx.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\BDHelper.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\BDPlugin.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\BDSearch.inf".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\BDSrHook.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If BDHelper uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BDHlprObj.BDHlprObj", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BDHook.BDSrchHook", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BDHook.URLBDHook", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "BDPlugins.Interceptor", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{18AF9E61-B5BC-48B0-884F-2C1D9E73C962}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{2C5AA40E-8814-4EB6-876E-7EFB8B3F9662}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{BC207F7D-3E63-4ACA-99B5-FB5F8428200C}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{CA92B524-BC8A-4610-BD2C-6BD3E28155D0}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{0F76266A-5F43-4CAC-8504-C9DC8E8C9724}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{3034F39C-A0B3-4068-9C0C-FC566B0263A3}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{AFC3CDEF-B447-4146-AFA2-91C754468BC4}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{CA92B524-BC8A-4610-BD2C-6BD3E28155D0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
If BDHelper uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
