The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "MyToolBar" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
This hijacker installs an IE toolbar without user consent and redirects the start page to its own website. At the same time it asks the user again and again to install the korean character set. In addition to this it installs numerous files into the System32 folder.
Removal Instructions:
Autorun:
Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
Entries named "TbWinUpdate" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\updateex1.exe".
Installed Software List:
You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.
Products that have a key or property named "¸¶ÀÌÅø¹Ù¸¶ÀÌÅø¹Ù".
Files:
Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\tbmytoolbar12.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\updateex1.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "tbupdate.dll".
A file with an unknown location named "tbupexe.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "btn_search_out_12.bmp".
A file with an unknown location named "logo1_12.bmp".
A file with an unknown location named "toolbar_mytoolbar_12.bmp".
A file with an unknown location named "toolbar_mytoolbar_12.tba".
A file with an unknown location named "toolbar_mytoolbar_12.xml".
A file with an unknown location named "toolbar_mytoolbar_hot_12.bmp".
A file with an unknown location named "tbmytoolbar12.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If MyToolBar uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!
Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
Delete the registry key "ºü¸¥ ÀÎÅÍ³Ý ÅëÇÕ°Ë»ö [°Ë»ö¿£Áø]" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\".
Delete the registry key "{E53E32CD-FAEE-481C-BA04-AB9B544000BD}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Tbupdate.ViewSource", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Tbupdate.ViewSource.1", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{6D3F5DE4-E980-4407-A10F-000000002012}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{9E8DA788-AE06-49EE-98A4-DEA255038846}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{E53E32CD-FAEE-481C-BA04-AB9B544000BD}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry value "{5F1ABCDB-A875-46c1-8345-000000002012}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry key "¸¶ÀÌÅø¹Ù" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "Bestcode" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
