The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "TX4.BrowserAd" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\apphelp32.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\asycfilt32.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\browserad.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\aviwrap32.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If TX4.BrowserAd uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{00000000-0008-D357-0798-004401965D4A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{00327D8A-5BD3-4071-4598-78CA434E96D9}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{3D705C05-3BCF-5EC1-0E30-5981022E5A96}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0015-BD9C-263A-493001BA0C6C}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{00387FB8-4A60-5F01-44BF-1E5143BD1781}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{1E5534B7-22BE-2828-4397-5FB302849962}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0001-0345-2280-0287F27A63EE}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{31CA5C07-7F5F-4502-8C77-99A91558ADD0}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0033-C1AC-0E62-0C1F0537605D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{00047ED4-5BE4-757E-096C-7C1E460EDB2D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{002BF7FC-0174-57F4-086A-6C9705B22FE2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0033-C1AC-0E62-0C1F0537605D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0001-0345-2280-0287F27A63EE}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0001-F7A6-1F38-0204019E355E}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0002-53D4-0622-35EA0235778E}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0008-D357-0798-004401965D4A}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-0015-BD9C-263A-493001BA0C6C}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-008C-1E65-6AA6-3A270279F027}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{00000000-00FA-71ED-4ABA-348801BAA0A9}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
