The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "100PercentAntiSpyware" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
The program installs itself into a program folder and runs without user consent. If the user wants to scan or contact the support team, he has to purchase the product.
Supposed Functionality:
This application is installed as a free spyware scanner.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Shortcuts named "100% Anti-Spyware.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\AS100.exe".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "100% Anti-Spyware_is1".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\100% Anti-Spyware\100% Anti-Spyware.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\100% Anti-Spyware\Internet Home Page.url".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\100% Anti-Spyware\Uninstall 100% Anti-Spyware.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMFILES>\scosoft.com\axcommon.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\AS100.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\AS100.log".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\AS100Custom.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\Internet Home Page.url".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\short.log".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Scorpio Software\100% Anti-Spyware\unins000.dat".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If 100PercentAntiSpyware uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CMsgr", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CNode", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CNodes", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CParam", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CParams", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CreateThread", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "axCommon.CRegistry", plus associated values.

Delete the registry key "{248BD92C-602D-4336-8341-1B1485AC899F}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{3C66C414-D171-4C4F-ACF8-70129F4D9340}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{70364D50-F7BE-483A-BE17-3AA9BFFF29C3}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{74B1C7F3-3EED-45F5-839D-ADC092FDE709}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".

Delete the registry key "{DD31AEA7-41B4-4E29-B49D-040D63C3B508}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{E660977E-5E00-45BC-8BA1-D51BD55E5B5D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{C9114D88-03A1-49E0-9169-0F62EF40A0BB}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{E295AE72-0389-4EA5-B334-319D78699F0B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "Scorpio Software" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
References to the file "<$COMMONPROGRAMFILES>\scosoft.com\axcommon.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls\.
