computer problems

Okay I had a kaspersky online scan which I could not before when you guys told me too, and this is what it found,

yes it is, what happened is the guy that was trying to help me I could not get on any of the websites to scan the computer, so now it worked, I tried to post a reply on that forum but it was closed so I started a new one.
